straight from the therapist
I am a licensed professional counselor and a licensed marriage and family therapist.
My approach to therapy is to build a collaborative relationship with the client to work towards meeting the goals
that they have set for themselves in a non-judgmental environment.
I believe that every person is a unique individual and each situation is different. There is not a "one size fits all" approach
to therapy. I am trained in several different therapeutic techniques to help clients find the most effective way
to reach their goals and improve their lives.
Due to that belief, I am very eclectic, pulling from many different therapy modalities and using what I feel will work best in the moment.
I get joy from helping people gain focus in their life; figure out what they want, how to get it and how to be the best version of
themselves. I feel very blessed to be able to help others on their journey to experience improvement in their mental health and greater
satisfaction in their lives and in their relationships. In my life, I work towards being present and authentic and striving to be
better every day. I feel like my journey in life is to continue to challenge myself and to learn something in every moment and interaction
that I experience.
I think it can be difficult to seek help and that if you are searching for it for yourself then you are brave and I wish you the best on
your journey. If you feel that my services could be beneficial to you please feel free to contact me and we can set up a complimentary phone consultation
to see if we would be a good fit.
